With our seedbox plans, take advantage of secure online storage space (RAID 5 data redundancy technology), accompanied by different applications (sometimes optional depending on the plan chosen) to allow you to fully enjoy your content audios, photos and videos. You can access your online storage from any device, using the different protocols available to you such as FTP or WebDAV. Each of our plans are scalable, it is possible to move from one plan to another easily depending on your needs.

To place an order on our site, you must :

- Choose the billing frequency for your offer and enter a promotional code if you have one.
- Choose whether or not you wish to enter your postal address (an invoice may be provided if you enter your postal address).
- Add a payment method
- Confirm your order

The length of the commitment depends on the plan you have chosen. For all plans with a commitment, the minimum duration will be specified at the time of ordering.
To change your plan, you need to make a request via the Support available from your customer area. Do not place a new order before contacting Support!
It is not possible to order several services at the same time. You must place separate orders.
We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and PayPal®. Our servers encrypt all information submitted to them, so you can be confident that your credit card information will be kept safe and secure.
When one of your services has expired and you have not activated automatic renewal, you can:
- Renew it within a maximum of 48 hours.

When you place your order, we record your payment method. Once your order has been confirmed, if the product is immediately available in stock, your payment will be debited immediately. If the product is not in stock, your payment will be debited when it is put into service.

Yes, the renewal of your service will be activated by default. Your default payment method will be used for subsequent direct debits. You can deactivate automatic renewal at any time (once the commitment period is over for the offers concerned).
